Good morning class!
Completely impressed with the girls. Elle popped right out of bed to get to business and Coco, well she’s doing it. I wouldn’t say she popped out of bed (nor did I) but she’s up and doing it. Of course, it’s in my bed, but we’re still calling it a win. She’s following the videos and doing the lessons and so far so good. I knew school started too early!!! I think just having a little bit more time in the morning could set the day up right.
The big challenge will be getting my work done as well. I’ve got a lot of things in the fire, two graphic design courses at SMC (which I start virtually tomorrow) and a new venture with a “clean luxury” cosmetics company. My other copywriting work is on hold right now while my clients figure out the next steps during this whole mess. I miss them so much and my heart is breaking for the strain this is putting on small businesses everywhere.
The rain stopped and the sun is out which is just in time. Amazing how weather can affect your mood.
